BOATING SAFETY COURSE This is a Michigan Boating Course offered by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department. This course will provide attendees an opportunity to obtain a Michigan Boaters Certificate. Persons less than 12 years can only operate a boat of more than 6hp but no more than 35 hp legally if they have been issued a boating certificate and are supervised on board by a person at least 16 years of age. Those born on or after July 1, 1996, may operate a boat only if they obtained a boating safety certificate and is accompanied on board by his or her parent or legal guardian. Those at least 16 years of age and born after December 31, 1978, may operate a PWC legally only if they have obtained a boating safety certificate. This class will be held at Milan Middle School on Saturday, May 4th from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The cost is $10.00. Prom Guest Pass If you plan on bringing a guest to prom on May 4, 2019, please stop by the main office to pick up a Guest Pass Form. All completed guest dance forms must be turned in or faxed no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2019 to the high school office. No exceptions!
